Title: Symphony No. 4 Arvo Part Los Angeles Philharmonic Esa-Pekka Salonen conducting Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir Tonu Kaljuste conducting The first recordings of works by Arvo Part issued for many years by ECM New Series. The recording of the fourth agreement - is the first symphonic work of Part after 30 years - was the premiere of Walt Disney in the room in Los Angeles. Before the work started Part composition was involved with the study of texts related to their guardian angels. Then it took the award from the Philharmonic Orchestra of Los Angeles, a town whose name refers to the angels. The decision to compose the rule of the Guardian Angels came natural and obvious. The 4th Symphony is complemented by a reconstruction of excerpts from the Kanon Pokajanen, a work closely with the 4th Symphony, and as he says the Part "In my mind these two works belong to the same world and are a stylistic unity.
